What happens if my order does not arrive?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
What happens if the product(s) I received are damaged/faulty/in bad condition and I want to return it/them?
Please contact us at info@krimor.com if you have received a product that is incorrect, incomplete and/or defective. Please provide your order number, photos of the product(s) and all relevant information as soon as you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When can I expect my refund?
Please note that all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the processing of the refund usually takes 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned product or the approval of the withdrawal request. Please contact your card issuing bank regarding when to expect the credit to appear on your account.
